I thought that this series would be full of bad outdated and contrived jokes but the comedy just comes naturally and really knows how to hit a punch. God I'm so pleased with it. Thank you so much for uploading and sharing. :)
I love the episodes, like this, in which Douglel understands they are in a bad situation and he and Father Ted, together have to come up with a way out of it. They still usually fail completely,, but it's funny.
Vast majority of time I'm a very un-Finnish Finn. I don't care about hockey or any other winter sport (or sport in general). I actually like to talk to strangers. I don't care about sauna but want to move to a warmer place (Madeira in specific). But despite all this I can relate to Father Stone and wouldn't mind having him as a guest.
I often wondered how dougal got ordained in the first place if he was that stupid but he mustve passed the priest exams first then got struck by lightning several times and became stupid, which makes more sense.
It astonishes me how you can walk out the door in your country and step into history from centuries past at every turn. Here in Ontario if you see a century home it was built not long after the area it is located in was first settled in most cases.

Dougal (Ardal O'Hanlon) is brilliant. Ted is essential but without Dougal it wouldn't be as funny. My absolute favourite scene in the whole show is during the credits, the episode where they're at some event and a priest wins this trophy but there's a big scuffle over it, during which every single person that walks towards it does so to break up a fight, except Dougal who strolls in casually, kicks the winner priest once in the ribs and then casually wanders away. 😂😂😂 Also google Ardal O'Hanlon - he's looking older, now!! :o

Use the saunas as much as you can. Helps body remove toxins. It's why the Finns and swedes look so young and healthy and glowing
