This Mufti can give Fatwah and you need Taqwah, not Fatwah in Aqira and you are answerable for your deeds.
Muslim(1598) narrated Jaabir(ra):
The Messenger of Allah(SAW) cursed:
1.one who consumes riba &
2.one who pays it,
3.one who writes it down &
4. who witness it, and he said: they are all the same.
Jobs: Even in an IT(DBA or sys/Network Admin) help write the transaction and he is also a witness in a way. Proof: Programmer or DBA or Admin makes the interest transactions( in bank) writing-recording happen. He is paid for that all the transaction are recorded perfectly. If any thing goes wrong in it they might even be fired as thats the purpose of their position.
