hello, do you have the Ewa a106 Max model? Have you tried looking on the manual? usually on some ewa speakers you reset the speaker by pressing the passive radiator placed underneath, an idea would be to let it completely discharge and then recharge it and see if the problem disappears, you could also try to unpair the speaker from the phone and make the association again.
