4:41The bathrooms are big in newer and renovated apartments because building regulations require for at least one bathroom to be handicap accessible, so there needs to be at least 1500 mm (circle) of free space that can't go over any fixed stuff like toilets. Usually in a floor plan you can see a circle in the bathroom which is called "invaympyrä". It's made so that people can live in their own home even when they need help moving around, like a wheelchair or a (wheeled) walker. That circle has to be in kitchens and hallways too.

Yeah that's true and I would love for it to be the case that this is would be a new or renovated building but unfortunately it isn't...😏😅

Aivan mahtavan näköiset yhdistelmävaunut! (: Myöskin kätevät, kun saa muutettua rattaaksi jne. Katselin niin kääntyvät pienet etupyörät vähän huonot suomen talvessa ellei saa lukittua. Itselläni vieläkin kotimaiset yhdistelmät, joissa on isot renkaat, paksut. Yllättävän helppo oli liikkua lumessa ja hiekallakin kun lapset oli silloin niin pieniä vielä. Nykyäänhä nää on käyttämättömänä kellarissa ja pitäisi eroon päässä :D Hyvä video oli 👍

Grattis på lägenheten!! Köket såg ju lite slitet men annars såg det fräscht och stort ut - och med en klädkammare. En trea? Finns det möjlighet att kanske byta ut luckorna i köket? Då skulle det ju bli fräschare direkt.

You are so lucky they allowed you to still give notice for your current apartment. Rental management companies here in the U.S. are typically jerks about stuff like that-especially the big corporate ones. Good luck with the move!!!
