    Ingredients
    Ramen - 2 packs Mushrooms - 5.4oz Carrots - 5.4oz Bean Sprouts - 5oz
    Green Onion - 1oz Seaweed - .25oz Ground Ginger - 2 tsp Garlic - 2 tsp
    Salt - 2 tsp Chicken Bouillon - 2 tsp Avocado Oil - 3 tbsp Sesame Oil - 1 tbsp
    Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds - ½ tbsp
    Equipment
    - Large pot to boil noodles - Medium/Large frying pan - Wooden spoon
    - Fork or tongs
    Instructions:
    - Wash your hands
    - Throw away the seasoning packet that came with the ramen
    - To Make Noodles
    o In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add your noodles. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the noodles are tender, but not soft - stirring occasionally
    o Once the noodles are cooked, set aside
    - To Make the Rest
    o In your pan, heat the avocado oil over medium high heat. Once the oil is hot, add in your mushrooms and stir until they’re all coated in oil. Continue stirring and cooking for about 3 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender.
    o Next, add in your carrots and sesame oil and continue stirring and cook for about 2 minutes. Once the carrots are done, add in the bean sprouts and cook for 1 more minute, stirring constantly. Turn off the heat after cooking the bean sprouts
    - To Assemble Completed Recipe
    o With your fork or tongs, add in the noodles to the vegetables. Pour in your spice mix and the soy sauce and stir until everything is coated evenly.
    o Carefully move the noodles and veggies back into the water
     I like a little less broth, so remove a little. But you can leave it all in there if you prefer. It’s up to you!
    o Add in your green onions, seaweed and stir until everything is combined
    o Serve in a bowl, top with sesame seeds, and enjoy!
