When I'm working on large Journal I get in a rush at the end to get them finished and quite frankly it does take the joy out of it. And there's no reason that I can't put a decide work on something else and come back to it again and again. You sharing this has made a big difference for me and I thank you. I will be anxiously waiting to see a flip through of this amazing Journal

There are so many beautiful journals out there, that we see being made every day. But I can honestly say, this one is the most beautiful, pleasing, satisfying one I have seen in the two years I have been interested in, and watching videos on junk journaling! Seeing the final flip through will be so wonderful, to me. It must be a total joy to work on. All the little bits you've created for it are amazing, and bring it to life. I love what you showed about what you're thinking of for the cover. Anxious to see what your final decision is. Thank you for sharing!
I love the plans you have for the cover! Having the fence go around is a great idea. A lot of old fences have breaks in them so the breaks on either side of the spine works. I really like the door with the steps and arch. I hope you do keep them in the design.

It's coming along beautifully! I did a similar cover recently and went over the raised ridges with vintage photo to mimic tree bark and stuck on wood pieces with clear 'Quick & Thick ' wood glue - it holds very well. Looking forward to the next update x
