You only allowed 5 a piece. Finally a older gentleman had enough and went over a said something. I moved close enough just incase they tried something. But they packed up and left. That's funny. I grew up in northwestern Ontario Canada. For those unaware it's a remote sparsely populated part of the country that is mostly trees and lakes. This area is known for its great fishing and hunting. In the summer time American tourists easily outnumber the local residents in the area. I do remember that Americans had a reputation for A) being litter bugs and B) disrespectful to our fishing limits and regulations often heading back to the USA with hundreds of fish as they would keep every fish they caught. I can vouch that this reputation was in fact well earned. American litter far outweighed that of the local residents who grew up with nature and respected the pristine land and waters and do not litter.
For my friends in the United States… This hook is actually illegal in both practice and by description… If you hook a fish by snagging, which is to hook it anywhere other than the mouth, you are required in most states to immediately release the fish back into the wild, unless it is hooked so terribly that it is unlikely to survive. Use of hooks that are designed to snag fish, rather than catch via a bite are actually strictly prohibited in most states. If not all states if you’re planning to try using this on your fishing trip, please make sure you check with your local fishing regulations, if you are caught breaking regulations, the DNR is allowed to confiscate everything on your person and arrest you… You can also be fined tens of thousands of dollars for purposely fishing regulations . fish with care, my friends and good hunting.

It so awful.. Thank you for putting it so meaningfully. Good luck Brother
Плюсую.
Well said brother
А в московской области почему живность пропадает? Тоже пестициды?

И с браконьерами с электроудочками тоже живо разбираемся своими силами - морды набили, лодку уничтожили ,электроудочку с браконьерами сдали полиции.

Of course the dude doing this speaks Spanish. South Americans are tearing up every fishing hole here in Southern Maryland and I'm sure elsewhere. They keep everything they catch with no respect for future fishing and they throw trash everywhere. I like them personally. I just want them to stop doing what they do back home. It's not how we do it here in America. Unless you're a big fishing company of course. But dang. We can't just have every recreational fishermen keeping all of the undersized fish and crabs and throwing trash everywhere.
I think this is the Philippines
I don't know Filipino but they sound Spanish to me 🤷@@Steve-ev6vx
They are doing this everywhere in Maryland. Not so much this, but illegally fishing and keeping everything they catch. Was trout fishing one day, and 3 of them had 20 plus trout together. You only allowed 5 a piece. Finally a older gentleman had enough and went over a said something. I moved close enough just incase they tried something. But they packed up and left. Just follow the laws. I'm a catch and release person unless I plan on eating them that day or someone wants some.
@@charlespendley6360 It's been a huge problem in the mid west with the hmong people. They hunt to, and eat everything they can catch or shoot, hunt over bait and spotlighting and all. Even had a Hmong guy poaching on someone's property murder a bunch of the people who owned the property when confronted for poaching.
Hahahaha the pin fish need to be a little more careful. 😬 this one bites back.

This is like tying 4 sets of assist hooks together to fish for a tiny pan fish

Just because something is legal doesn't mean it's sustainable for the fishery.

Where are you from??? This would get you arrested and fined heavily in Canada!! How is this considered sport fishing??? Its called snagging where I come from, and its not right!!! Don't get caught using this in Canada, if other fisherman see you doing that, you're probably gonna get your ass kicked, then the conservation officers will slap you with a hefty fine!!
It's from indonesia, and snag fishing is totally legal here

In Georgia (USA), I've been buying fishing licenses for 25 years. I've never been checked my any law enforcement or game warden. Technically, everything is legal since it's rare to even see a game warden (or DNR officer) in real life.
Привет, у вас на всех водоемах нужно покупать лицензию?
This has "snagging" written all over it.
Why you paying for the license if we dont have anyone enforcing laws? Big issues with illegals over fishing in my state. They're always catching under size and over their limits. The fishing has really taken a hit because of it
@@michaelatkin9649 Same rule as a condom:

It's better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it.
However, I've never actually needed a fishing license, for the many thousands of times I've been fishing, in Georgia, since I've never met anyone to enforce the need for a fishing license and/or a trout stamp.
Also, in Georgia, you buy a fishing license. No where, do I see a fishing class (like a hunter's safety course) or list of rules shown on what is legal and what's not. Maybe there are rules, but I've seen any rules enforced by anyone in Georgia, USA.
