Honestly, I don’t think getting a mentor by paying someone to be a mentor is the way to do be better. My early experience of selling on most e-commerce platforms was by working with a team to build out the entire e-commerce business. It was to be be given rma returns and working diligently to learn how to sell things that no one wanted. Here are the things I see noobs fail in our industry 1. Failing to constantly treat Amazon selling as a retailing business. 2. Staying organized and streamlined regardless of how you scale up or down. 3. Acting too slow to pivoting strategies pre-emptively at first sign of Amazon systemic take downs (mass scanning of categories), while in your video you mentioned, it can be dangerous to move too quick, it’s also dangerous to move too slow. 4. Staying disciplined on operating procedures that work. People often get complacent and refuse to do the ass grinding work that’s involved in running an Amazon business, but the thing is that in many circumstances, that work is how the account/company stays alive I.e legal compliance, making listings, reviewing ad campaigns critically, improving operational infrastructure, keeping staff diligent, and etc.
Like i said. You can figure it out on your own and IT WILL take longer and you will lose more money in the process. But if you’re good with that, go for it.

look for brands on the listing or keepa drops for IP issues.

We don't know for sure, but what I do know is that target invoices work. So I wouldn't worry about that part.

You can restock or leave it. Your inventory will be automatically updated.
Why does Amazon ask for document invoice dated on or before January when it’s July when applying to sell an item? That’s a long time ago ..
They just want an invoice dated within the last six months
