I missed this! Peter talking about deserving this meal reminds me of when a friend and I were religiously working out and our coworkers knew that since we ate pretty well too. We were managers at a pizza place so we always brought food instead of eating anything there. That alone takes a lot of discipline obviously lol Anyway, once a week we shared a king size Milky Way candy bar and someone made a comment about why we would eat that because of how disciplined we were on not eating pizza and working out. I said that’s WHY we do it, duh LOL It’s our “reward” and something to look forward to. (We got king size because the chocolate to caramel to nougat ratio is the best 😂)
