Thanks for sharing! I've made many dividers using scrapbook paper and a tab punch, but love the idea of clear dividers. And thanks for sharing the math of how to figure tab placement. I hate math and have always just eyeballed the tab placement.
Thank You for an informative video with easy to understand instructions. I love the idea of having the mushroom holes in a ring binder too. I use a Happy Planner as well as a Ring Planner so can easily use my Arc or We R Memories punch for them.
I just found you on Instagram. I love, love, your planner setup, and dividers. Looking forward to watching all your videos and shopping from your shop! Happy New Year!#2022
In this video I just laminate the sheet once. Then I cut out the measurement of the tab depending on where you want the tab to be. Add extra 1/4" - 3/8" to the length if you want top or bottom tabs or 1/4" - 3/8" to the width if you want side tabs.
Thank you for this video! I really enjoyed your thorough explanation and this actually helped me understand how to use the measurements on my paper cutter. I was wondering though, what brand your pink pencil is? I thought it was a highlighter at first but was excited when I realized it was a pencil! I love larger pencils like what you have
So glad you enjoyed the video. It's a PaperMate Handwriting Mechanical Pencil 1.3mm Assorted 5 Pack. They're great as it doesn't roll off the table. I originally got it for my son when he first started writing, but I'm the one mainly using it now LOL
It's just ones from our local Kmart here in Australia www.kmart.com.au/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/SearchDisplay?searchTerm=laminator&categoryId=&storeId=10701&catalogId=10102&langId=-1&beginIndex=0&sType=SimpleSearch&resultCatEntryType=2&showResultsPage=true&searchSource=Q&pageView= And the paper trimmer is a Fisrkars Surecut www.spotlightstores.com/craft-hobbies/paper-craft/card-making/embossing/fiskars-surecut-scrapbooking-trimmer/BP80143902-white-orange
When I ran my laminating sheet through my laminator it looked awful with bubbles and streaks throughout the entire laminating sheet.. Do you have any helpful hints to prevent this.?
Make sure the laminator is heated correctly and if there is different settings for different thickness of laminating sheet to follow the machine and sheet instructions. ensure when feeding into the laminating machine that it is flat (sealed end first). To avoid air bubbles make sure the aminating sheets is flat, push any air/space by running your hands from sealed side. See how you go with those trouble shooting ☺
This is the most thorough video I've seen on this. Thank you so much!!!!
Thank you, glad it was helpful! x
I don't know why we, the USA, don't use SI (metrics) for measuring. It would be so much easier. This was a great tutorial. Love your channel!!!
Thank you so much. I appreciate you being here!
Thank you for a very informative, easy to follow along with video.
Glad it was helpful! Hopefully you can make some divider tabs for your planners ☺

And a wonderful New Year to you. Thank you so much for stopping by xxx
So, do we have to laminate a divider twice? first to get the base and a second time to add the tabs?
In this video I just laminate the sheet once. Then I cut out the measurement of the tab depending on where you want the tab to be. Add extra 1/4" - 3/8" to the length if you want top or bottom tabs or 1/4" - 3/8" to the width if you want side tabs.
amazing thank you x
Yay! Glad you liked it ☺
@@MarianeCresp i've spent a fortune buying them i'm going to have a go tomorrow making them. thank you ☺️
And you can make it any size, or use different cardstock and I even made ones with velum paper laminated to get that frosted look.

What laminate machine do you use? And the cutter, trimmer sheets, cut pad?
