I am a KMS Acupuncturist. (Kiiko Style). Its a Japanese based . I do retain needles about 20 min on ea side. Front treatment, then back . I use palpation a Ton ... But i mostly rely on the "Western Medical" diagnosis.... Meaning like if they come in as Autoimmune. I use the Kidney and lung points that clear the most reflexes. . Also ren 4. Or GB27/28. MUSHU .. if they have say high or low BP i use Spleen 6, 9 plus PC points. And under 3rd toe,. I then look to see what reflexes are left and treat according...
I don't let the Hara dictate my ponts most the time,. Although sometimes i have to.... What i do is i use the reflection to test my theory... If i picked a good constitutional treatment it will clear most or all the reflection..... That is a much harder way to do this style. But its much more powerful when your able to 🙏

Thanks for sharing your treatment! Why rely on western medical diagnosis instead of Kiiko’s diagnostics?

@@ShinKyuUniversity when I say "I rely on the Western Medicine diagnostics". What I mean is I prioritize that over the "Chinese pattern". As far as "Kiiko Diagnostics". I do use the reflections , but I don't rely on them for just diagnostics to pick points. But I do absolutely keep it in mind... I use the reflections to test rather my treatments are effective. But let's say someone is reflecting Left side Occipital area . That Diagnostics could mean ANS or Hormonal typically. if I am "Just" looking at the reflections to give me diagnostics.... But let's say: they have a history of Cardiac in the family , now I see that reflection as meaning something totally different. I will now test Kiiko Cardiac points like Ren4 or Bl66/67 left side and see if it releases the neck. If it does, that confirms my idea of cardiac presentation. Where had I not taken that medical history into account I would have not likely looked at that point combo.
In other words I am always trying to find the original injury that "might" be the holding pattern to the current pain pattern. 🙂 And simply using the reflections to gauge if my treatments did anything

How much does it cost to see a doctor of traditional Chinese or Japanese medicine? In addition to that question I'm also interested in traditional medical treatment like this... And it's interesting because the thought of the vaccine with a needle terrifies me, but when I think of this kind of treatment it doesn't scare me at all.,.. and I kind of agree with the Eastern view on medicine, you should treat the whole person not just the symptoms. I also heard that going to a doctor of Eastern medicine or an herbal practitioner will also save you a lot of money. :) I have been really stressed lately and I've been considering acupuncture treatments. How much does it cost?

Great question. It really depends on where you are located in the world.
In Japan, you’re looking at $50-$130 per treatment. The average is $50.
In the US, the average is $80, but you could be charged up to $150.

Teishin - Often times Japanese acupuncturists will call it a shonishin tool as well.
