im not surprised the pain got worse after Judy passed. I totally agree with your PT. Also I’m in Chicago too and the rain has NOT been helping any of my chronic muscle pain. I have chronic shoulder issues too, the one thing I can’t live without is the neck heating pad. After 20 minutes of it on the highest heat, then I do my stretches from my PT and my god. Also I’m a long time viewer, Zachary. Take your time coping and moving through the feelings. Give yourself some grace. You are worthy of grace.
When my dog (the sweet baby in my profile pic!) started declining in her old age, I started developing back pain. When she passed, it went from bad to worse and lasted 2 years, it was absolutely miserable. I had no idea grief could manifest physically, if I would've understood what was going on I could've gotten help earlier. I'm glad you're getting the support you need and I hope you feel better soon, it's not easy to move on from losing your best friend 💔

Grief from losing our sweet little innocent animals is difficult, I have lost several beloved pets, thank goodness most of them it was older age. Recently we lost our pet rats, 5 months apart, and the 2nd one was the sweetest rat, he was our heart rat. I weeped for days and days. Part of it was prob bc he was my daughters and he passed in front of her. It will pass, but you'll always think of Judy. I hope you start to feel better soon.

I lost my mom in September of 2022 and let me tell you that it gets better. You may seem inconsolable at first, but after some time passes, you look back at some memories with some fondness and emptiness. Of course, there's going to be a part of your soul that feels incomplete, grief is so hard. Sorry for the loss of your dad, I hope he is resting peacefully ❤❤❤

When I split up with my toxic ex I had to leave his dog behind, it was hard because I took better care of his dog than he ever did. By the time we broke up he was my dog really. He was old when i left but he probably went back to neglecting him. He messaged me a few months after I left saying he had him put down. He was the first dog I ever bonded with and some days I miss him so much. When you bond with an animal like that they will always have a place in your heart.

Hey Zach this is mega dumb but if discussion of BPD is going to happen, would you mind dropping a TW? I have BPD and for some reason when there's a discussion of it, it makes me panic a little. I think because it's so incredibly misunderstood and ALR uses it to excuse a lot of negative behaviors when I'm in the trenches actively pushing myself to be better. A diagnosis doesn't define someone but it feels like that's the way she sees things (especially when she's not getting the help for it). Personality disorders are rough and incredibly misunderstood and when she's using it to be a quirky qween 💅✌️ without actively putting effort into DBT, or any other treatment, it makes me want to gnaw my arm off

Since Zach seems to want to move on to something else, I simply wanted to validate any possible sense of needing to move on to something else. Other creative pursuit on UA-cam could be a dedicated channel vlogging on how to deal with the grief of losing furry loved ones. There are not a lot of places to go for that. If you think about it. If you really think about it, what is the point of Gorl World, AT THIS POINT IN TIME? It felt like it has ran its course after almost a decade. I am here more for the reactors, and deep down I am wishing I can carry on with them in a different direction. Zach, and the others have so much to share of their own thoughts on things that I found very helpful at times. Here on youtube its more like you're telling a story. With Amberlynn everyone basically knows the characters and where we are in the plot. There is a start up cost for bringing your audience into a new story so you have to put in more effort to tell us who they are and where we are in the story, that could be why it is easy to fall back on Amberlynn content.

Hey Zach this is mega dumb but if discussion of BPD is going to happen, would you mind dropping a TW? I have BPD and for some reason when there's a discussion of it, it makes me panic a little. I think because it's so incredibly misunderstood and ALR uses it to excuse a lot of negative behaviors when I'm in the trenches actively pushing myself to be better. A diagnosis doesn't define someone but it feels like that's the way she sees things (especially when she's not getting the help for it). Personality disorders are rough and incredibly misunderstood and when she's using it to be a quirky qween 💅✌️ without actively putting effort into DBT, or any other treatment, it makes me want to gnaw my arm off

@@marlyd Sure. Fair enough. I am simply trying to remind myself of the oddities I found unsettling in Gorl Word before I sunk too deep into it for no good reason what so ever. Since Zach seems to want to move on to something else, I simply wanted to validate any possible sense of needing to move on to something else. Other creative pursuit on UA-cam could be a dedicated channel vlogging on how to deal with the grief of losing furry loved ones. There are not a lot of places to go for that. If you think about it. If you really think about it, what is the point of Gorl World, AT THIS POINT IN TIME? It felt like it has ran its course after almost a decade. I am here more for the reactors, and deep down I am wishing I can carry on with them in a different direction. Zach, and the others have so much to share of their own thoughts on things that I found very helpful at times. But they are all buried under the need to provide Gorl World contents for Gorl World consumers. I truly hope there can be a community which evolves away from this that can form something beautiful on its own terms.

Here on youtube its more like you're telling a story. With Amberlynn everyone basically knows the characters and where we are in the plot. There is a start up cost for bringing your audience into a new story so you have to put in more effort to tell us who they are and where we are in the story, that could be why it is easy to fall back on Amberlynn content.
Sometimes you just have to fake it until you make it. I lost a beloved pet a few years ago and it will get better. She was your sweet, goofy, lovable little buddy and as time passes your remember that more and the loss less.
