True, that's why the cutter software provides 3 solutions to reduce or eliminate this. 1. The Cutter, when it has finished creasing will start back at the top of the sheet cutting the elements, down the sheet, so each cut element stays outside the cutter. 2. IF the above is not relevant due to your design, It provides a SMART TAGS option, which automatically adds 'bridges' in the cut line to hold the elements in the sheet (when enabled), this totally prevents the elements falling out during cutting. But does mean you then need to pop the elements out one the sheet is ejected. 3. The cutter is provided with a TRP (Tag reduction Plate), an attachable plate that shifts the angle of the sheet to reduce the need for tags.
Promising at first. But 0.35mm max. thickness isn't enough. Even our 240gsm GC1 paper is at 0.41mm thickness. We thought about buying the SC6000 but now rather go for a flatbed cutter.
@@ferrahi-kaya We're going for a Vulcan FC500 now. Sadly no auto sheet feeding but seems to be a fast machine. Originally we considered a Intec FB8000. But Intec decided to not to continue this machine. Instead they replaced it with the larger and much more expensive FB9000.
Yes, the camera will be inverted for white marks on Black paper. This gives normal (very) high accuracy. Or. You can use media edge detection. For no marks (if you can not add white marks). But this is less accurate, as the position of image on the sheet may vary depending on your printer
3:24 I think there is a high chance already cut section when rolled back in, get jammed and will halt print job.

@@SC-pr1eo That's good to know. Seems like they have anticipated this situation and have solutions in place.
Good only for ultra short runs (50pcs or less). Therefore, only good for producing samples/prototypes.
Thats probably why the description says 'Light Jobs' it's fairly obvious
@@SuperMatt2112 it said light packaging. Meaning thin paperboard substrates.
It can do 100-200 at a time I believe. Card used is around 350gsm.
what was the brand and serial of the printer at the beginning?

The SC7000 is same footprint but different head..and motors..it uses Tangential Creasing, and 4x more pressure.. its good for up to 450g/450micron.
