Today, we’re using thrifted vases to make high end home decor. The first is a loosely inspired dupe of a $100 vase from Pier1. The second, a beautiful glam vase that can be use for special occasions or to accent any home.
These projects were so much fun and super easy to make. You CAN accomplish a high end look for a fraction of the costs. Please enjoy the video!

- (3) Packs of Gold/Silver Flake Mix (Hobby Lobby)

So Ive been eyeing that same vase at Pier 1 for years. Today is my birthday and i wanted to splurge and buy it. I ran across your video and said NOPE! Instead of the SALE price of $86 for the Pier 1, I spent $24 total on a vase and flakes. It turned out beautifully, and u have a new subscriber.

I think the vase turned out even better with the glitter substitute on the top section, gave it a slight gradient effect. Beautiful! 🤩

Beautiful! The gold one looks exactly like one at Z Gallery. I've been wanting one and now that I see how easy it is to dupe, I'll definitely give it a try. Ohhhhh! That flake mix you used to make your first vase is killer! Love the texture of it. Frankly, I couldn’t tell a difference from the top and bottom because of the beautiful shimmer and shine. You did a stunning job on that vase. 🥰The second one as well🥰of course you free handed that beautiful design!🤗🤣OMG, no way would you guess it hadn’t come like that.
