It's 3.09 am here in England and I've been desperately trying to sleep!! ... in so much pain with a nasty lupus flare up!!..... going to take my pain meds and listen to my Fave ASMRist ....I'll soon be back to sleep (hopefully) ....Thank you Winifred ❤ x

Love you girl and glad to see you feeling better...but cut that fried food out...I'm a Chef and I have some great recipes for you if you're interested...they're quick and easy I promise. I'm turning 50 this year and I have already had a stroke so I had to stop eating fried foods. I feel great I'm taking my meds and trying to adjust the best I can. Love to see ya ...take care.
