I was polled with the question regarding Trump being conservative. I think I answered neutral or whatever the middle choice was. My reasoning was that they asked about "Trump" being conservative. The Heritage Foundation who will control him is extremely conservative. Wording in polls can effect answers.
Giving women an advantage actually does make men's lives more difficult though on a practical level. Women tend to want a partner who makes more than them according to the polling, so the better women do on balance, the more difficult it is for men to be considered good enough for a relationship. Right now women outnumber men in college 6/4 and yet they're still given unequal scholarship opportunities and affirmative action in the workforce. It's not a zero sum game, but a lot of the efforts to help women actually have been pushing men into hardship, and that's why so many are turning to people like Trump and Andrew Tate. That will continue to happen until Democrats are able to make a clear case for why men should support them.

Why do the polls fluctuate from the DNC to present day? Do people say "I'm going to vote for Kamala today because she's on TV," then change their mind two weeks later? It doesn't make sense.
Polling uncertainty. That margin of error represents 95% confidence that the polled value is within one margin of error higher or one margin of error lower of the actual value that polling is meant to represent.
They generally don't change so quickly. It's bias in which people get polled, who responded to the poll, randomness in who gets called. Then there's voters who aren't seeing much political news who haven't made up their minds yet. It's all movements in the margins because people have had enough time to make up their minds on Trump. That just means Harris has more room to run up her numbers with undecided voters.

I was polled with the question regarding Trump being conservative. I think I answered neutral or whatever the middle choice was. My reasoning was that they asked about "Trump" being conservative. Not what laws the people who are lining his pockets want him to enact. Thrice married, p*rn star paying, casino bankrupting Trump is not at all conservative. The Heritage Foundation who will control him is extremely conservative. Wording in polls can effect answers.

Giving women an advantage actually does make men's lives more difficult though on a practical level.
Women tend to want a partner who makes more than them according to the polling, so the better women do on balance, the more difficult it is for men to be considered good enough for a relationship.
Right now women outnumber men in college 6/4 and yet they're still given unequal scholarship opportunities and affirmative action in the workforce.
It's not a zero sum game, but a lot of the efforts to help women actually have been pushing men into hardship, and that's why so many are turning to people like Trump and Andrew Tate. That will continue to happen until Democrats are able to make a clear case for why men should support them.

Why do the polls fluctuate from the DNC to present day? Do people say "I'm going to vote for Kamala today because she's on TV," then change their mind two weeks later? It doesn't make sense.

They generally don't change so quickly. It's bias in which people get polled, who responded to the poll, randomness in who gets called. Then there's voters who aren't seeing much political news who haven't made up their minds yet. It's all movements in the margins because people have had enough time to make up their minds on Trump. That just means Harris has more room to run up her numbers with undecided voters.

I have a brother who favors Trump. He says it's bc he had more money in his wallet when Trump was President. He isn't sophisticated and lives in a very small town. But he is far from stupid. I believe that it's a form of group think; his political opinions are a way he's bonding with his community. I love my brother very much, so I felt compelled to say he isn't stupid.
