EDIT MARCH 2022: Eight years since commenting and this mix has never left me (or my phone). When I wrote it, I was at the darkest, lowest ebb of my life. I had lost pretty much everything. I start hitting the gym hard, going for long long walks, trying to figure out what the hell I was going to do next. The sheer energy of this mix, the powerful vocals, helped keep me going through this time. I'm on the other side of it now, better than I ever could have imagined, and I credit this (among other things) as helping keeping me motivated to not give up.

it either makes me cringe at some uncomprehensive levels, either just brings up too many painful memories and i quickly turn it off.
