We're back with another update of the progress of our first home build. We've got a slab, yayyy!!! A few things have happened over the last few months with the build including some behind the scenes work - soak wells have been installed and we're waiting on the next stage which is brickwork.

Interesting clip, we are thinking of embarking on the same journey in Perth. We currently live in Auckland. Was the process stress free? May I ask what build company house plan did you go with? I'm very impressed by the build quality of Perth homes, very solid!

Hi do you have to pay 10%- 20% deposit before building the house?
