Hi Dr. teeth. Just a quick note I have observed and thought to post it as it might help you and help others. You could have mentioned the aggressive periodontitis prerequisites! you cannot just say (if the progression is quite faster it is aggressive), because this cannot be true. The aggressive periodontitis whether generalized or localized has it's specific diagnostic feature, you can check it. If the patient does not respond to treatment, it is not 100% aggressive periodontitis. It can be due to many factors as smoking, diabetes, poor oral hygiene, resistant bacteria...etc. :-)
