What is this type of music called? I try to look for more but I rarely find it. I have a friend that makes music like this but I have trouble finding it on my own. I know its jazz but when I type contemporary Jazz online I get something way different.
Generally speaking, it's a genre called jazz fusion. I think the characteristic of this song is that it is 6/8 beat. I think there are many songs of this type in Pat Metheny etc.
