While on the surface, referring to the album itself, the chair is meant to avoke Frankenstein. An instrument of death ironically representing resurrection and rejuvenation for the band.

Fire Walk With Me and Let's Rock. That's 2 twin peaks references on this album. Two of some of my favorite things brought together, I love it.

No the title is from a guy who had a death sentence in Tennessee while they were recording this album
They got the title of the album from the last words a man said before dying on the electric chair in Tennessee. His last words were let’s rock! It’s pretty dark but awesome nonetheless. It could also relate to twin peaks if you look at it that way as well
