Why does it say 2006 acura rsx type s if it’s an integra

There is a Honda Integra DC5 which was only built for the European market. There is the Acura RSX which was built for the American market.

Why the difference between mph and kph is almost 1sec???

Because 60mph is 96.56 kph and 130mph is 209.21 kph. Or in other words it's from LESS than 100 kph to MORE than 200 kph so that can add a second or even more if those additional 9kph require an additional gear shift.

Also didn’t help that i short shifted into 4th right before 130mph, with a pretty slow shift.
