No never had the chance to know him personally..never had the chance to talk to him face to face...i live in germany..my biggest wish is to travel to Las Vegas to see hi wizh BMG and mybe..the chace to meet Backstage after or before the BMG show starts..but it seems my dream stays a dream..never had the money for that to travel to las vegas,.i am a slaughter fan and a fan of blas since 1990..and i will be forever a fan of Blas.
Absolutely. The tragic loss of Mark's voice would be easier to cope with if Blas was still there. He's got an awesome gig now and I don't blame him for taking it, now that he's a family man.
I was fortunate enough to meet Blas before a show back in 2000. He couldn't have been any nicer and down to earth. He also was a monster on the drums, completely killed it! I always thought Slaughter was a great band and got to see them in 1990 opening for Kiss then again in 2000 opening for Vince Neil.
I have checked it out several times. Do you know Blas? He's a great guy, but he still owes me dinner: We had a dinner date set up the summer I worked with Poison, but he got sick and had to cancel. Despite promises he'd make it up to me, I'm still waiting... Hell, I'd be happy just to talk to him. C'est la vie.

I've met Mark Slaughter and Dana Strum seven years ago, I got them to sign my Stick It To Ya and The Wild Life album covers, I know I'll never get Tim Kelly to sign 'em, but I need to meet Blas Elias and have him sign those as well. I need to fulfill that dream.

Yes , indeed he is a Family Man..and he is such a lovely Family man..I'm happy for him..He is still in Love Married to his beautiful wife..
