Hey sorry to bug you but is there anyway you can record a quick video of you just scrolling through your ashes of war page? The wiki doesn't have them in the same order as the game and I wanna get all the ashes. It's going to be a massive headache to try and figure out which ones I'm missing. If I can just see the in game page in default order it would make it trivial. Thanks man
Small Note: the Ash version of Glintstone Pebble has very short range, but very high poise impact. Additionally, you can follow with a heavy attcack to do a very fast lunging thrust that has boosted Magic damage and very high poise and stance-break damage, and it can roll-catch. The short range is actually the range of the thrust: if the pebble hits, the thrust will too.
I love using Ashes that leave a lingering affinity effect on a weapon, because I can still use... Let's say a Mace with Heavy affinity, but also put things like Poison, Frost, and Fire on to match the situation. Granted, items can do that too, but using Ashes that way gives me a feeling of versitility.
These stack with their respective infusion. For example a sacred weapon with sacred blade is going to have around 300 holy damage after casting the ash of war.
Same! My ‘Ruinous Swordsman’ strength/faith (fire) build I use Craigblade to cover my flame art infused colossal great sword with Rock (Bonus damage). Using the fire scorpion charm talisman + fire grant me strength incantation I further boost the fire damage making my AP 1383 at lvl 150. Looks badass and hits like a truck.
Great video, but you forgot to show the following: - follow-ups to Spinning Strikes and Wild Strikes; - follow-up to Earthshaker, Golden Land and Waves of Darkness; - follow-up to Flaming Strike; - heavy attack changes for the roars, and follow-up to Troll's Roar

This is great as you get some flat bonus damage and can enchant a weapon without the spell. Also, Sacred Blade is fantastic for undead, even without a Faith build.
