    Eggs replacement, non dairy butter ... yikes ! It feels like WWII shortages. Since there's still gluten, I'm not sure it will please vegans anyway.
    I make mine the old fashioned way from a German recipe that came with my spaetzle press. For the liquid part, I tried making them with water, too soggy, then milk was better. Now I make them with beer and the texture is absolutely perfect (you can't taste the beer once cooked).
    What the video doesn't say is that you should wash everything as fast as possible or be prepared to spend an eternity trying to clean the paste from your utensils.
