Digital Journalism: Documentary about People from Hitzacker Dorf (second draft)

In the countryside of the Wendland region in North Germany, there is a village called Hitzacker Dorf, where the villagers tried to lead a communal, intercultural and ecological living style. They aim to building houses for 300 inhabitants, 1/3 for refugee, 1/3 for local family and 1/3 for elderlies. I was there to get close to the people as a foreigner, observing and learning about the community as a whole, how does it work? What are the pros and cons? As well as the stories behind the individuals.
