Very detail-oriented video and much appreciated. I'm interesting in purchasing this unit and you answered many of my questions. The garage would house most of my tools and toys. Much appreciated.
This video was so very helpful! Thank you for sharing. We have a generator with our rig. Is it supposed to power all 3 a/c units and all the electrical outlets? Because it is not doing so. We are new to having a generator.
Happens to many RV's. Hopefully you purchased it from a Dealer that will get things taken care of for you. If not, be sure to reach out to Grand Design Directly. They will help! Best of Luck...
Wish the toy compartment just a few inches wider to fit a small Polaris Ranger 400 UTV and the bed lift was strong enough to use in up position when crossing country. Wouldn’t want to unload toy in walmart parking lot to sleep a few hours.
Awesome video... so awesome we bought this very camper you just reviewed here in this video from Beckleys, take possession of it on the 22nd this month (July). ☺
It has always been that way. The loss of the pantry is due to the extra counter space in the slide-out. Previous models had the pantry in the slide out with the same washer/dryer or pantry that is in the 376THS.
I watched a review of a 2019 model and it had 2 pantries. One had the washer dryer hook up and the other that was right to the left of the fridge was a big pantry with 3 big drawers in the bottom. Like that version much better.
I hate this. I know my passive-aggressive wife, if we have a fight, if I forget to take the trash out, if I sleep in, she is so going to raise that bed to its maximum height so I fall on my bum when I exit. Then she will smugly remind me of my crime, she will continue throughout the day by doing little things like turning off the water in the middle of our shower, turning off the hot water or water pump. “Well, the RV Park says we need to leave in the morning an it’s already past 7 am.” Breakfast? “Sorry honey, I had to throw out the trash this morning, we don’t have time for anything.” Putting this weapon in her hands would be more living hell for me. No. Just no. Hell no.
Why can’t you climb up on the bed in the up position? How are you supposed to do overnight stays in Walmart and rest areas without removing your toy to lower the bed. That makes no sense.
Hitch weight is 3250 listed in the description. Edit. A general rule of thumb is 15% to 20% of the total weight, which is 15k to 20k pounds. If you have a generator, additional batteries, front kitchen, lean towards the 20%. At the 3000 weight you are well into the 3/4 ton range, once loaded nearing the 20k GVW a one ton would be recommended. Yes, a 3/4 ton would tow it, but if you tow a lot, you don’t want the tail wagging the dog... a one ton with dual rear wheels or better is the way to go.
Great video. Deep and indepth. Have you done the 337 RLS or the 3540 GK.

Thanks 👍

Great video. The bed over garage box is perfect.
Glad you like it!

Awesome! Thank you!
I want to know what owners say after living in them for a year?
Check out the Grand Design Facebook page.
Wow! What a rig. Love that fridge! Too big for me, but what a great camper. Nice kitchen. Thanks Paul
Thanks for watching!
What is the pin weight with the generator installed?
It would have to be weighed. I am not sure. Recommend Grand Design Facebook page for Momentum and see if someone has one that they weighed.
A colleague of mine just purchased this unit last week. So nice!
It sure is!
Problem: pantry lost to washer dryer. Need both.

Pantry was lost to the counter space. The Washer/Dryer closet is the same as the last time.

I get it.... :)

So the can-am spider is fit in the garage?
Yes
no it won’t. My spyder is 67.5 width on the front wheels

It is a weight issue.
So future models need a better weight capacity. They have an awesome rid design, but they missed the mark with the bed lift.
