Iska matlab hai ki aap centre Jammu select kar sakte hain. But it also says " In case, the number of candidates opting for a city is less than a certain minimum, NTA reserves its right not to allot any centre in that City." Yani ki agar kisi centre ko bohot Kam bachhe select karte Hain to uss case me, uss centre (city) me exam nhi conduct hoga.. uss case me candidates(bachhon) ke 2nd preference wale centre ko allot Kiya jayega. For class 6 : age should be between 10-12 years . But your age will be 12 years 1 months 21 days as on 31 March 2024. So you're 1 month older for this. According to their criteria you're not eligible, ➡️but because you're only 1 month elder, so I think you should try to fill up the application form, if form fill ho jat h , then give the entrance exam, if you qualify and if they allow then you'll get admission.
