Don't Throw Away That Chickpea Water! Make a Cocktail Instead - Навчання та стиль
Fuck this is the answer to my prayers. Now I can make foamy drinks vegan
Now what do i with all this chickpea 🤣
What even is this, especially that pour at the end.
Gosh darn it. I just dumped out all that chickpea juice I had left over!
Euphemism?
The science behind it is still not quite much but it is widely accepted to be another alternative to eggs when cooking and such. It although I would just eat the chickpeas rather than leave them like that, sad and lonely.
Shot of raw eggs or shot of bean water
which way western man?
Lime juice instead of lemon
This is such a poor cocktail demonstration haha. A lesson in how not to shake, how not to strain, and a master class on garbage garnish
Great🎉
Don't add "um"'s for dramatic effect. Wieners do that. Don't be a wiener.
l'chaim!
But isn´t this chick pea water unhealthy? Directly from the cann to the tin of the shaker?
And raw egg whites of unknown provenance are super safe and healthy, huh?
Also, those looked like they could've been homemade chickpeas.

FIIIIIIRST
or... or you could just use egg whites ;_;
Some people are allergic, vegan or both!
