The amount of salt depends on the amount of resin and the hardness in the water. If you just need a point to start from you can start with 1 kg per day and then test when you start getting hardness coming through again and then try it will 800g per day and see if you get the same length of time between regenerations. Once you start to have to regenerate more often go back a half step and then use that as your baseline.
