This is the greatest Master Wong video of all time .
At the age of thirteen my Shotokan sensei brought in a .38 replica and had us line up to take the gun off of each other. Up until it was my turn, no-one shot the ' assailant '. The following Saturday I bought a 1910 .45 replica and my school chums who were students practised relentlessly for the next two - three years with it. I haven't had the opportunity (Thank God) to put that practise into practise since. It is better to run like the wind!

Begin meditating deeply next to the device, and concentrate on strengthening your Chakra energy centers thereby strengthening you Aura creating a supernatural shield around you.
