Indian laws and judiciary are based on the English laws. They lack the Hindu dharmic and spiritual ethos. Lord Ayyappa is Brahmachari and there are certain principles who can take 'His darshan.' When we become sick we go to a doctor. Similarly, in case of Hindu religious matters, the Supreme Court should have consulted Shankaracharya Ji. Women's rights and principle of equality of sexes in Sabarimala Temple case is out of question.

The Constitution is unable to understand the culture of the land.

That's why we need a Hindu Nation which understands the culture. Hindu Nation allows everybody to follow their own Sadhana for their own benefit. It doesn't create a situation where you are denied of Dharma artha kama moksha. But methods to achieve them are designed differently and are also many, so that no clash happens within society, while achieving their individual and common goals. In Hindu Dharma each one is unique so all are unequal, so all will have their own nonidentical (therefore unequal paths)

Lord Ayappa's temple is abode of the Lord , as such anyone entering the premises should be as per the wishes of the dweller not as per wishes of the intruder, which is trespassing as per the law.

देश में ६ से ७ लाख छाेटे बडे मंदिर है. सभी जगह स्त्रीयाें काे प्रवेश है केवल ४/ ५ मंदिराे स्त्रियों काे प्रवेश नही है. यानी स्त्रियों के साथ भेदभाव नही है . भेदभाव हाेता ताे सभी जगह स्त्रियों काे मंदिर में प्रवेश नही मिलता. मस्जिदों में स्त्रियों काे प्रवेश नही इसे भेदभाव कहते है.

It is only for women’s reproductive safety that they are asked not to visit the temple, there is no question of civil rights here. A little knowledge is dangerous thing.

Some Judges sitting in AC rooms have no idea about Sanatan Dharam but want to pass judgements without knowing about it.
In Hinduism, we have Goddesses like Vaishnav Devi. The women gender is worshipped, so where is the inequality???
And btw, the women who later wanted to enter Sabrimala Ayyapa Temple, One women was a Muslim (who think we are devil worshipers), and the Second Women had no faith in Hinduism (and interestingly, this second lady's daughter has been converted to Islam under love jihad, and she has filled a petition to meet her daughter as her Muslim son-in-law doesn't allows her to meet her daughter).
Kindly spread more awareness for this. I am thankful to you for revealing this.This had to be the obvious outcome .
