To answer the Flash question, It really depends on the champ you are running.
If the champion FLASH + ULTS often, than D is better because you aren't using the pointer for both. If the champ flash+QWE , then its better on F
1:35 BRAUM! What are you doing to Kog'Maw, that is NOT what his cannon is supposed to be used for!

It should be F for flash and D for ignite/smite/etc. simply becuase F key is closer to R than D. LoL is a game of miliseconds. Half a second too late and you are dead, half a second too soon and you lose the game. If you play the champion that frequently uses a flash + ult combo then you should run flash on F cause to make that combo you just slide your finger from down to up which takes less time than sliding it from D to R. However if you play sth like Elise that uses flash + E then of course you want flash on your D as in this case her stun is on E which is much more important than her ult. On the other hand if you just go with flash on D then you will have many situations when you flashed ulted into your enemy to finish him/her off and he/she managed to flash away in response. Stil it is possible to for the enemy to flash away from your ult even when you have flash on F it is less likely to happen
Well I have my three finger (index/middle/ring) on QWE and my little finger on shift+control, so it's easier for me to have flash on D.
