Usually charge-discharge measurements are performed galvanostatic, i.e. a current is applied. The Sensit models don't offer galvanostatic control, thus we don't recommend the Sensit BT for charge-discharge measurements.
Thank you for this interesting video, I would like to know if the screen-printed electrode is considered as a battery ? Meaning can I chose the material I want to work with for the working or the counter electrode ? and how is the electrolyte added ?
A Screen-Printed electrode is not a battery. Yes, you can choose the material you would like to work with. Different producers offer different materials. A selection can be found in our catalog: www.palmsens.com/products/sensors/screen-printed-electrodes/ The electrodes can be immersed in the electrodes or a drop of electrolyte is applied to the electrode. You can find multiple demonstrations on our UA-cam channel, for example ua-cam.com/video/5-rk_Uab1hE/v-deo.html
You are a great teacher! Thank you for the informative video 🙂
Thanks for watching!
Great one there I want to get the Device in my laboratory.
Great that you like it. Just visit our website www.palmsens.com/ and pick one you like.
Can Palm sense BT determine charge discharge??
