My first flight was on a G79-7W. Got GANG! I obviously got it back but after a nice long hoof. I used a Jolly Logic Chute Release on it so it didn't go so far... No altimeter, tho, darn it. That thing is a blast to fly...!
I was pleasantly surprised at how high that thing flew on the Estes F15! It is a bit overbuilt, with Vanderburn replacement parts. Looking forward to flying it again!
@mobrockets i used all stock parts. But i papered the fins and gave them an epoxy glass over. Im lucky i got it back after it's h135 flight. Nearly 3k feet, it was barely visible. But no wind and no clouds that day.
Congrats on the great day of flying! Happy Thanksgiving!!!!
@@KevinsModels you as well, KD!

I flew my ascender on a f50bt. That was a mistake hahaha i found it hours later. Hit 1600 feet.

I have an overbuilt orbiter, flew it on an h135. 2400 ft. Even an f26fj hit 1800.
