I’m all in, no matter how the market goes, so far I've scaled from $150K to $380K, and I aim to get it to a million, but I'd probably need some assistance on stocks to buy to reach this milestone with the way the market is currently moving.
Go for it. in my opinion, some financial situations can be handled on your own if you research enough, while others are best navigated in consultation with a financial specialist
I agree. Over 50 years of data reveals that folks who work with advisors earn more than those who do it alone. I've been fortunate to utilize a seasoned financial specialist since 2020 pandemic to date, resulting to a 7 figure portfolio after 100s of thousands invested.
I’m cautious about giving specific recommendations as everyone's situation varies. You may consider independent advisors like "Karen Lynne Chess" I've worked with her for over 4 years now and I'd gladly commend her exemplary service on a public post.
glad to have stumbled upon this, curiously inputted Karen Lynne Chess on the web, easily spotted her consulting page and was able to schedule a call session. Ive seen commentary about advisers but not this phenomenal
Biggest lesson i learnt in 2024 in the stock market is that nobody knows what is going to happen next, so practice some humility and follow a strategy with a long term edge.
Nobody knows anything; You need to create your own process, manage risk, and stick to the plan, through thick or thin, While also continuously learning from mistakes and improving.
A weak dollar can signal an economic downturn, making me to ponder on what are the best possible ways to hedge against inflation, and I've overheard people say inflation is a money-eater thus worried about my savings around $200k.
Every time I hear "get out now!", I got out and about 2-3 weeks later, I see the prices were higher than when I dumped the stocks. Can someone tell me why?
@KenJackson_US not if the idiotic government can't print money to stimulate the markets like it has for the last 40 years because if they do it'll likely throw us over 20% inflation the point of no return and enter hyperinflation
I've held 3 Berkshire Hathaway Class A shares since the mid-90s at around $17,000 each. Now, I'm selling some to buy growth stocks. With market volatility, should I reinvest in gold instead?
Knowledgeable Investors know where and how to put money during a crisis in order to reduce risk and maximize returns. See a market strategist with experience if you are unable to manage these market conditions.
Accurate asset allocation is crucial with an Experts guidance. I have 850k in equity, 275 cash earning 5.25 interest, 685k in 401k, 120k cash account, 80k in car assets ( paid off cars) Gold and silver bars. age is 48. My advisor helped me realign my portfolio to my risk tolerance and it boomed shortly.
Nooooooo. I already did. On Wednesday. I know the routine by now. I only have a small 3,400 share position in a penny stock left, and that's likely gone Monday. Buffet got rid of that a while back.
Millions of folks are dollar cost averaging for years and years. so teh money is still going to pour into the stock market and we could still see growth in the stock becasue of that.

I think Trump's going to win bigly and there is going to be unrest in the blue cities and mental breakdowns in the suburbs and I'm going to let the dust settle before I make any investing decisions.
As November 5 draws near, campaign commercials, news coverage, and heated social media posts are not the only things stressing me out. I have roughly $600k invested in the markets but with much uncertainty, I'm under pressure if I should sell off or not.
Apple can only go so high from here on out, so there is no point in risking all that profit to higher captial gains taxes that are inevitable at this point. Either higher taxes are gonna take the gains or downwards stock price movements will. He's hedging on cash for now and waiting for the opportunity
To me, the opinions presented are nonsense. I have been buying NVDA continuously for 7 quarters, and sure will keep doing the accumulations going forward, market fluctuations won’t bother me. One of my holdings is AMZN, in the last 10 years, AMZN has had only one down year! Don’t listen to those so called experts, don’t try to timing the entry, if you believe in America, anytime is good time to invest.
Yeah, but Buffett is also an older man, and he might be in anticipation of impending death. So maybe he’s taking out money to donate charitable causes.

Can you roll it into a Roth IRA? Or a regular IRA? If you’re not contributing to the 401k anymore, I’m pretty sure you can roll it over. Once it’s rolled over, you can manage your investments yourself, or have an investor help you.
@@mollypaintscowsemployer contributed 401k can only be rolled to another employer contributed 401k. To put it into an IRA, the 401 has to be cashed out and 20% goes to the IRS. I know from experience.
@ We were able to roll our 401k into an IRA without any consequence. We had stopped contributing into the 401k for 2 years prior to rolling it over. We met with a Schwab agent in our area to help us learn how to manage our account online. Then we watched the videos they have on their site. It’s really easy and interesting. Our number one goal was to get out of Mutual Funds. I’m not a financial advisor, I’m only suggesting an option that worked for my husband and I. Maybe @henson2k could contact his/her 401k account manager to ask about options. 🤷♀️
