I believed in all of her policies. At 65, I remember strong communities, strong union jobs, family owned businesses on every other corner, homes being built in the suburbs, etc... VP Harris's policies were similar. My heart is broken for not only this country but this younger generation.
Republicans don't owe black people anything because they don't get the black vote. But Trump's policies kept black communities from being flooded with illegal aliens, he had lower gas prices, no wars, a great economy, passed federal police reform laws and banned deadly police chokes after the George Floyd incident, passed the First Step Act that freed thousands of blacks, gave long term permanent funding for black colleges and put $75 billion into business opportunity zones for black communities. Even though he only got 12% of the black vote, Trump did more for blacks in 4 years than Democrats have done in the past 60+ years, but you're ungrateful while still voting blue for nothing in return.
I forgot I did sell one of my houses & received a lot of cash in 2018. Forgot trump was President at the time. It’s possible good things can happen to me 2025-2028. Thank you for reminding me. 💜
It has taken me 10 days to recover from last Tuesday. I’m glad that on day 11, I woke up to this video that reaffirms the same conclusions I came to in such a beautiful way. Thank you for this episode!
Who is president is not going to change our way forward. If you look at the national household incomes census, you would see that the Indian/Asian communties are ranked the highest even above White bc the family structure is important to them. Whites are the highest when it comes to investors, business owners, and life insurance owners. We need to get our heads out of the sand a focus on investing, buying assets, getting life insurance, creating trusts, and simply becoming financially literacy. Also.... considering how Kamala lost, people may have to consider that its possible that the media made her appear more popular than she really was. The polls that had her in the lead were misleading.
Exactly! I didn't agree with all the policies, but I did believe in her becoming president because she would have been dynamic to the extreme!!! You and I were in the same space, and I was doing the math as well!
Okay, We're seniors: This is not Good Trouble! good/better/BEST! Now we don't believe because belief and believe, has the word, 'LIE' in both of them! Okay, leading to UN belief. Lets get to, knowledge. Knowing experience/information. We all know how to fight. Fight with silence/boycott/word salads/ and truth! We're in it to WIN it. Because Madam Vice President Kamala Harris asked all of us, "Are YOU ready to get to work? Do we believe in freedom? Do we believe in opportunity? Do we believe in the promise of America? And are we ready to FIGHT for it? And when we fight WE WIN!!!" She did not say the fight is over. THERE IS NO DISMISSAL FROM THIS FIGHT UNTIL SHE SAYS WE WON!!!
I know that everybody in the USA knows Trump isn't a leader to fall on the sword for. But like you said, what can I do FOR ME! regardless of who's in office. But my country missed an opportunity. With that said. Kamala also served the 1% as Trump does. But her plans with 1st time homebuyers and business owners at least spoke to the masses. Oh well
I believed in her. I believed in America. I never looked at aHattis as the first woman or Black woman. Those were secondary issues. I was so sure God was going to have mercy on us and relieve us from Donald Trump. God was going to relieve is from this cancer on democracy
As a black woman, I was losing hope, and she was buring herself every time she spoke, in most of her interviews. Her message wasn't stronger then his. Trumps ads were getting more attention and stronger. I felt the political climate. Democrats were surprised when he beat Hillary. Like it or not Trump tells the truth about what he is about most of the time. Democrats always try to please a specific group. I knew he was going to beat Hilary because he beat her in all the debates and I use to speak to people and they were unhappy with Obama. Obama gave birth to Trump. I voted for her also but Democrats should have picked another candidate with a stronger voice and Joe Biden should have been dropped out the race so they would have a chance to get another candidate. This wasn't a time to make a political statement with a woman and she's black. Trump was known and has dedicated followers
What rubbish us this? ⁉️ Stop. Stop. Stop. No. Not this again. ⁉️ 💯 .... there was *more* to be done. *Not less.* Turning everything into a slur is another part of gas-lighting ⛽ MAGA style Republican-lite Don't turn on your fricking Democratic base, *progressive and otherwise* *Fight back hard and harder against the Disinformation campaign.* Otherwise, that's 76 million Harris_Walz_2024 base votes 🗳 *WASTED*
70.4 million Americans is not 'nothing' This is not on Harris. This is on you, White America. Get real and stop trying to find every reason, except the one staring America and the rest of the globe in the face. 😱
You sound like a troll. Well maybe not. You sound like the common American that thinks democracy is a football game. It is not. You will see in the coming days.
OBAMA didn't give birth to Trump RACISM of a 8 year black presidency (Obama) DID unearth the resentment, fears and anger or racists- yes indeed. The Democrats failed- they should have had Kamala running from earlier-not support her WHEN IT'S CLEAR THEY CAN'T WIN with Biden. He was too old- and no one had a the guts to say that early enough. She ran an excellent race under horrible circumstances. And yes America (old ones mostly) are not yet ready for a woman president and not for a black/brown one.
You had a chance to make some " good trouble" by filing a lawsuit against your racist neighbors and paving the way for other blacks in the region but you took the easy way out. Dont act as if you're down for the struggle now. Youre not about that life.
First off she’s not black. She’s Indian. She admitted herself, I respect your honesty but let’s be honest she wasn’t a good fit. Don’t you rather have someone who understands business?. And for the record 51% of women voted it for Trump. we will have our First female president. But my guess it will be the right wing.
She's MIXED RACE- hard to understand I know- but throughout history men and women have sex and they may be from different ethnicity...shocker. The baby is then both...1/2 and 1/2.
I believed in all of her policies. At 65, I remember strong communities, strong union jobs, family owned businesses on every other corner, homes being built in the suburbs, etc... VP Harris's policies were similar. My heart is broken for not only this country but this younger generation.
I’m 62 and I totally agree.❤
Yes! I’ll be honest. My faith is being tested in 2024 BIG time!
I really needed this. I was just about to tell my ONE employee she should start looking for another job. Thank you

What do we do? We fight! We stand with POC GLOBALLY!
Lady you are living in lala land.
Didnt not surprise me. i was force to vote dem when in facts i am conversative. Kamala is support for the wrong cause,

She didn’t admit that she wasn’t black! She’s both Indian (mother) Black (father). Stop with the foolishness!
She is Black and Indian. Not all black people are from Africa. She would have been an excellent President.
She's MIXED RACE- hard to understand I know- but throughout history men and women have sex and they may be from different ethnicity...shocker. The baby is then both...1/2 and 1/2.
