There's 60 unique inputs, on a 5 octave keyboard... 61 if we consider the highest c aka the last note to the right. If one used the digital keyboard as an input device, and translated the inputs, to be unique keyboard presses, and map the bones in the model to have each one of those unique inputs then one should be able to actually have a 1 to 1 mapping, with no delay. However, I'm no programmer, so yeah, otherwise one could use raw audio data as input, and have that be interpreted in software, to create the same exact thing. Although that sounds even worse of a hassle.

There's 60 unique inputs, on a 5 octave keyboard... 61 if we consider the highest c aka the last note to the right.
If one used the digital keyboard as an input device, and translated the inputs, to be unique keyboard presses, and map the bones in the model to have each one of those unique inputs then one should be able to actually have a 1 to 1 mapping, with no delay. However, I'm no programmer, so yeah, otherwise one could use raw audio data as input, and have that be interpreted in software, to create the same exact thing. Although that sounds even worse of a hassle.
