NEC Caravan, Camping and Motorhome Show 2022 Highlight - Wheelchair Adapted Caravan + Motorhome [CC]

Join us at the NEC Caravan, Camping and Motorhome Show 2022 for a glimpse around the Coachbuilt stand. With the Show being a sell out event this year, we thought it would be nice to share with you one of our highlights - Incase you weren't able to visit yourselves.
On display this year Coachbuilt had a Wheelchair adapted caravan, this was based on the Swift Sprite Super Major 4 base vehicle, and an accessible Swift Edge motorhome. Both of these conversions were amazing, and certainly gave us a lot to think about for the design of our next converted caravan.

These vans are fantastic! Do you offer suggestions to them as to how they could improve them even more?! The motorhome was the best I thought for innovation and the use of space especially the bedroom and bathroom area! I could listen to you all day Stephen and read Karla's writings all day too! A great combo you both make! Really enjoyable, I loved it! xx

🥰 Thank you Jutta! Brace yourself though, there's still some footage that I've not edited from last year, so it might get worse again before it gets better 🤣!! We totally agree, the adaptions are amazing - We'd also prefer the caravan, but that's just our favourite way to travel at the moment. 😊

Disabling! Microwave too high. Needs c carer for pretty much everything. Designed by people who are carers and for people who THINK they know what is really needed. Why is no one else seeing these glaring problems

Hi Lorraine ☺️ Every modified caravan or motorhome that we show in our videos has been bespoke designed for the user, so in this case the microwave height isn’t an issue. If you wanted a lowered-height microwave in yours, I’m certain that wouldn’t be a problem.
