The proposed site of the Kirkmuirhill/Blackwood "Overwood" Incinerator

The video shows the proposed site of the new Overwood Incinerator being built by Viridor on the immediate outskirts of the villages of Kirkmuirhill and Blackwood in South Lanarkshire. Seen from the air the scale of the site is visible but please also keep in mind the height of the construction.
The beautiful landscape with the fragile nature reserve and local wildlife will be destroyed if this incinerator is allowed to go ahead.
