This is my Clomid Success Story after two miscarriages. In this video I describe the miscarriage symptoms I experienced and share how our first round of ovulation therapy using Clomid and Ovidrel resulted in a positive pregnancy test and eventually the birth of our daughter. The fertility medications prescribed boosted my ovulation and enabled me to carry the pregnancy to term as I had previously not been able to do. We had success with Clomid on the first cycle and hope that it is an effective treatment as we try again beginning in August! Follow along as we begin this journey again! There is hope after miscarriage! ♥

I recently switched health insurance and this new one covers IUI but I didn't know how to find a doctor. I was scrolling through the pages and found RE and decided to take the info anyways, as it was only 2 names in my city. Thank you so much for your story!!
This video made me so hopeful, emotional, and convinced we are soul sisters lol. I have had the EXACT same history, 2 miscarriages (blighted ovums), and I just started clomid today. My OB didn't prescribe a shot to go with it though, so hopefully it still works. She also told me to take baby aspirin. Thank you for sharing your story, I am so encouraged and hopeful!

It's so crazy how similar our situations are. The only difference is it took us a year and a half to achieve the second pregnancy which was basically a chemical. I have the ava bracelet and i chart it all! I started clomid today. 🙏

Late ovulation, long cycles not that irregular but not regular, low progesterone (Kind of short Lutheal phase) being TTC for 1 year and my first and only BFP ended up on a chemical... This month my Dr. Didn't like my follicles and told me not to try, since It could end up in another chemical pregnancy, and she prescribed Clomid from day 5 to day 10. 100 mg (50mg in the morning and 50 at night) Your video gives me truly hope!

This video was super helpful! I love that you like to talk a lot, lol, I do too! I am on CD 5 and day 2 of Clomid and this is my first cycle on it. I ovulate irregularly, but have longer cycles as well, so it's nice being able to relate! 💕
After 2 and a half years of trying I switched OBs... finally got diagnosed with pcos! I am now on 2000 mg of metformin and start clomid my next cycle! ❤️ praying for our miracle babe. Congrats on your baby! I love the name Ellie!

Wow, your story is similar to mine and give me hope!. My husband and have been trying for a year. Prior to that I had an eptopic pregnancy and before that I had a soccer ball cyst. I was diagnosed with pcos when I was 15 and was told I wouldn't become pregnant on my own and it would be a miracle if I even got pregnant at all . Me and husband wanted to start a family so bad and my sister had told us about her getting pregnant on metformin after months of here taking the pill and her Also having pcos so I thought why not give it a try and I started taking Metformin in march of 2016 and conceived on April 12 2016 we were super excited but my cervix just kept shortening and would hold out and I went into premature labor at 21 weeks and 3 days and had my son at 23 weeks and 5 days via emergency c section on September 17th and on October 4 2016 my son passed away me and my husband were devastated here we are 6 months later and we were are ready to try again so my ob prescribed me provera for 10 days and we start our first dose of clomid tomorrow and I'm so nervous because we really want it to work and watching your video has just given me hope and faith that we will succeed maybe not the first round but maybe even the second !! Praying that this will happen for us nothing we both want more then to start our family thanks so much for sharing your story

I am so glad I found your video! I have been trying to have a baby for over 2 years. I have had 2 miscarriages since starting to trying to get pregnant. I had 2 previous miscarriages before officially trying to conceive. I am currently on clomid. I have a ton of side effects. But I have a lot against me to get and stay pregnant. I have pcos, endometriosis, and an arcuate uterus. I have not been pregnant since December of 2014. Which has been hard for me. This is my second time on clomid I had to take a year break from it after I had a cyst burst and my ovaries hyper stimulated while on clomid. It has been a long journey and I hope one day it will be a successful journey. Thank you for sharing your story with us al!

I too had an HDG done. I was perfect. I was put on clomid dayd 3-7 and I just took my 5th pill last night! Im going out to get a digital OPK. I dont want to mess around with reading lines! I've just watched your video and cannot believe how similar your story is to mine! I had 4 mc's before being referred for testing (it may be slightly different here in the UK) I then had another whilst we were waiting for the test results which more or less came back normal except my progesterone which was low. My consultant prescribed the Clomid and we were successful on round 2 - I now have a happy and healthy 4 year old. We have since had another miscarriage so have now been prescribed the Clomid again and I am on Round 2. Good luck I really hope it works out for you x

I’m doing my first month of Clomid and vaginal progesterone starting at day 16. Just had a follicle ultrasound Wednesday. I have one ready to go and two waiting in the wings so to say. Really hoping for a pregnancy at the end of the month. Thank you for sharing your journey.
What do you have to do to get colmid
I think it’s a case by case situation. For me I’m 38 and a cervical cancer survivor. I had my cervix removed at 25. I tried 2 cycles at 50mg of Clomid without success. :( I’m about to start my third cycle with Clomid now at 100mg. Definitely talk with your Dr and voice your concerns and desire to start using Clomid.
Im 26 and I've been trying to get pregnant. I was on birth control since I was 14 because my mom thought I was sexually active lol but I wasn't . Then when I stopped taking them my periods became irregular and then they just stopped. I went to the Dr on July 19 2019 and they determined that I had pcos. She gave me provera to start my period and Clomid to ovulate. I have 4 more days till I stop provera on July 28 2019 . I'm excited to start the Clomid but also very nervous. All I want is to be a mother so I'm keeping my fingers crossed . And thank you for this lovely video u encourage me so much.

This video cheered me up. I am on my second round of clomid. I am trying for baby number three. Last month I found out after my follicle ultrasound that I had a polyp. So last month I had surgery to remove the polyp, and now I am trying again for the month of August. I am trying to remain positive but it is very hard sometimes. Thanks again for sharing. I started Provera today for 7 days, then I am to start Clomid on day 3 of my cycle 2 50mg(100mg) a day for 5 days. Crossing fingers this works!! Husband & I have been ttc for over 2 years now.

@Carmen The trigger shot is something your doctor might recommend. It actually causes your body to release the egg and ovulate after building and growing it with the Clomid. You need to be monitored with an ultrasound though to use a trigger shot. Definitely something to ask your dr about if you don't have any luck with just Clomid alone. Good luck! :)

I am so glad I found your video. We have been trying for baby number 3 for 6 months. I am 38 and I know my time is slipping away. After some tests the doctor says I'm estrogen dominant and possibly have low progesterone. Like you, I ovulate a little late and I'm thinking that is the problem too. He put me on clomid. Can't start for a few weeks because of where I am on my cycle but I feel really positive about finally doing something about this problem. Thanks for the encouragement.❤️

Your medical stuff sounds so similar to mine. I had my daughter with no issues and then when we decided to try for a sibling we had 4 miscarriages in a row. A regular miscarriage, a blighted ovum, a partial molar pregnancy (which resulted in gestational trophoblastic disease and had to go on chemo) and just last month, another miscarriage (this one was a surprise as I wasn't cleared for pregnancy from the PMP yet.) We did all the testing and there was NOTHING out of the ordinary except that my cycles are long like yours and my ovaries are polycistic, but show NO other sympotoms of PCOS....hormone levels are good, no insulin resistance, no anovulation, ect. I was just cleared yesterday to try again and I have an appointment next week with my doctor to talk about clomid. It's so terrifying. It's awful that every time I get pregnant there's no joy. Just fear. I'm not ready to give up yet.

I have my first obgyn appointment next week for hopefully getting prescribed clomid, I got the referral from my regular doctor about a month ago after 3 years of trying to convince naturally. Trying to be cautiously optimistic, and can't wait to see what happens.

We've had two miscarriages after our baby girl but we actually found out that I have a protein c deficiency that's causing blood clotting. I'm on lovenox right now and looking into clomid. My husband and I are 34 and 40 so we're running out of time.

I’m so glad I found your video because I went through the same thing you did! I’ve had two miscarriages and my OB didn’t seem to care. This time around of trying to conceive, my app I’ve been using would estimate my ovulation time almost a week before I actually ovulated. Hi I loved your video very informative and you have actually have given me hope that clomid works... I have an amazing son he is 10 years old about to be 11... and my husband and I decided to have a baby when my son turned 4 which was 7 years ago... It would make us so happy if the clomid actually worked I have had issues with ovulation so that's why I decided to go to the next step... if I do get pregnant it would be his first born baby and my second thank you so much for you shared story... Hey! Thanks for posting this video. I had a miscarriage ( first pregnancy) 7 months ago. We have been trying to get pregnant ever since and still no luck. My doctor recently put me on Clomid. I'll start taking it in the next couple of days. Just curious, when did you and hubby baby dance? My husband and I have tried every other day, every two days, every day during my fertile time. What seemed best for you but didn't leave you feeling exhausted! Congrats on your beautiful family. This gives me hope!

I had a 41wk3day stillbirth 12/30/14(due to malpractice), and my husband and I are in our 4th month of trying to conceive. I've been looking up various options, as my cycle seems to be about 34-38 days. I stumbled upon your videos while searching for ttc'ing tips, etc. and your videos are very informative, which I love. I am a research fanatic, but am trying not to stress myself out since that works against me. I have a different OBGYN now, and may suggest Clomid since my cycle is kind of on the long side. So encouraged by your story. I am starting clomid this week after nearly 2 years of ttc and 8 early miscarriages. I too have long cycles (41 days on average) and generally ovulate late in my cycle (around day 22-26) do you happen to remember about when you ovulated during your cycles? I hope this is our answer as well!

Hi! I just came across your video. :) So, I came off BC 1.5 years ago and up until starting to see an RE in August (2016) had no period. I left my original gyn after she could not explain why and saw a new gyn who ran lots of bloodwork and said he was leaning toward PCOS. Took my labs to the RE consult in August and she said it was definitely PCOS and confirmed it with an ultrasound. I had the HSG test and ironically after that, I began having periods again... but was not ovulating. I JUST started Letrozole (Femara) for this past cycle and have 2 days left on it, so we'll see what happens :)

My cycle is identical to yours. It's usually 32-36 days and we've been ttc for a year. My doctor wants to start doing all the testing now and maybe start me on clomid but I'm not sure if we want to do that just yet. Good luck for baby #2!!

Me I conceived after taking the first round. My son is now 12years but the second baby I just conceived without any support.
How much did this all cost? I also live in the USA and all fertility treatments are not covered by insurance.

i took 50mg clomid and my estrogen went up to 700 meaning i had a good fertilized egg but i didnt ovulate so im gonna take the 50mg again but this time there going to do monituring and blood work and give me 10.000 iu of novarel they told me that was better then ovidrel so im doing that and pray and i hope everything works out great and im also taking metformin to reduce miscarriage and i will also be starting the progesteron three days after i ovulate also..... im currently taking progesteron to bring on a period for five days i have two more days left and i should be starting my cycle two to three days after my last day of pills im so excited and nervous at the same time but i have a good feeling everything is going to work out just fine im just ready to start everthing allready

I was suppose to start clomid this month but of course my period was no where near so i had to start provera which i just finished couple days ago so now im waiting on it and hopefully start clomid so by the looks of it i might just start it in August also. Keeping my fingers crossed this works for both of us 😉

I'm in the same boat as you! I just has a 75 day cycle, so now I'm on my 5th day of provera and have 2 more doses. I will be starting Clomid cd 3-7. Fingers crossed for both of us!
Hopefully this is our month i just started the clomid only symptom so far is nauseated hopefully it doesn't get any worse....best of luck 😉

I am nervous about side effects with clomid this time! I'm not sure why. I really didn't have any side effects the first time. Now the trigger shot I did. I felt really bloated. Let's just say the timed intercourse was pretty uncomfortable! ;)

+Nicole Yancy I only had to take it once with my daughter it wasn't bad. Some hot flashes and mood swings, nothing horrible. I took it during our months of trying this time around and the more I took it the more side effects I had. Lots of headaches! It affects everyone so differently though! Hopefully you won't have anything!

I hope clomid works for us we been trying for over a year and a half and it's now that I'm waiting to start using clomid they said I had to wait until I af to start.. Thank you for sharing this video and your journey. My husband and I are on our first round of Clomid with Trigger shot (Ovidrel) 🤞🏽🙏🏽. We had been trying to conceive for 6 years now but after waiting years of prolonged diagnostic tests we finally decided to take the next step to trying to conceive. I am on day 4 of Clomid (100mg) and my follicle ultrasound is next Wednesday. If all goes well and I have more then one follicle my doctor with administer the trigger shot. I have watched your videos before but now that I am where I am with Clomid and the trigger shot I found this video helpful and I’m hopeful we get pregnant this month.
Also I do not have PCOS but hearing you mentioned your body not releasing egg fully I think that may be my problem. My doctor said even though I may think I ovulate I may just be producing the hormone but not releasing the egg. We started off with Clomid a few months back. I want to say April. (50mg) with no trigger shot because we thought it was to expensive. Everything looked great (so I thought) however I only produced one follicle on Clomid. The goal of the drug even though monitored is that he stimulates your ovaries to produce more then one follicle. Well I took Clomid (100mg) the month after since I didn’t concive the first time and this time we didn’t get ultrasound done. So we don’t know how my body reacted to that dosage. But still we didn’t take the trigger shot yet. Then after that failed, we started femara (50mg). Well after a few month of taking a break here we are...
My story is pretty similar I had a miscarriage in 2010 got pregnant with my daughter a year later .healthy baby healthy pregnancy. Started trying when my daughter was 6 months old. Finally got pregnant in 2017 had 2 horrible miscarriages. Im currently trying to conceive again. I talked to my doctor about Clomid and I'm really hoping that it helps. Hearing your story really makes me feel excited to try it now. My cycles are regular so hopefully 1st time will do the trick. Did you use pressed at the same time?

I've finish my colmed I'm having very bad migraines after taking these tablets.

i finished the 10 days pills of provera and am waiting for my force period.
day 2 and still no period.
