He further talks about another aspect to be considered i.e. ‘Convenience’ which includes considering the distance, specialisation, mobile application, internet banking and digital services. He further talks about importance of the attitude of bank towards the customer and provides many points on the basis of which one can compare various banks at one level that includes points like minimum balance, Forex charges, documentation, LC Charges, etc. He even gives a way through which customer to some extent can know about what kind of services the bank will provide to them and at what speed.
