Is Kajabi good for blogging? Everbody is recommending Wordpress.

Can broadcasts be recurring? For example, let's say I create a broadcast emailed called, Lesson 35, and I want that to go out every Monday morning to subscribers who have not yet received that email, can I set this up? so this broadcast WILL ALWAYS be sent when new subscribers have reached that point?
Seems like broadcasts are 1X use so once an email is broadcasted out, it won't reoccur to new subscribers?
