I'm 350 pounds and my chair doesn't roll. Not sure if a mat is necessary cause the floor is the fake wood stuff where things slides easily. I want to try these. I just cleaned the wheels after 3 years. And not any better
why is the logo on these wheels, different to the logo on the lifelong website? Did you recieve them directly from lifelong themself? or from the supplier in the amazon link ?
Just ordered a chair and these wheels.. I won't be installing the wheels that came with the chair..
