Thanks for taking the time to record this video! It genuinely helped me rebuild the lonely jet bumper on my Black Knight (1990). Your "stack switch" doesn't appear to have a scoring switch mounted above the bumper contact switch. I would definitely appreciate learning proper adjustment procedure of this component: contact gap, relation to the yoke, etc.
@@PinballMayhem Thanks for the reply. New Gorgar Williams System6 owner here and recently replaced burned popper coils. Looking at the switch it almost looked like there were more than 2 segregated switch action happening. But after a lot of research, looks like there is only ball activating 1 top switch causing coil to open bottom. Was making all 3 same. Misleading part: Looking at additional leads and leaf of bottom switch, it looked like it was supose to do more, like bottom extra leaf contact top switch..
Great video Jeremy! I chuckled when your buddy behind the camera mentioned about not using power tools. For me I can always tell when someone is a newbie or has no idea what they’re doing if I see them with a drill under there. You think it would be common sense to use handtools but it was definitely worth noting! I’ve rebuilt a bunch of these on my machines, but it was cool to see you document it. Is the guy behind the camera one of your collector buddies?
@@PinballMayhem yes--i have a clear plastic tube with a metal ball and I need a kicker that will propel the ball upward fast and this combined with a 12v will work for me--where can I buy this
Very helpful and well done, love the ""mini-me" comments in the background!😊
It's always fun making videos when Scott's around 😁

Great Video, I’m gonna tackle some pop bumper repairs soon! Thank you
Thanks!
Great video. Going to attempt my first rebuild.
I wish you would have shown and talked about the dual leaf switch mechanism
Great comment Wilson, what specifically do you want to know about those switches? I can always make more videos 😁

can you help me find a 12v pop actuator
I'll give it a shot. What is this on? Something custom?
