Panna/Nutmeg challenge rules
- First to 3 punnas / nutmegs wins
- Whoever has the most punna /
nutmegs after the 3 minutes wins
- 3 minute time limit
- If theres a foot, foul or back stick
then it is a turn over
- If the ball goes out of bounds
then it is a turn over
For a punnas / Nutmeg to count the ball must
pass completely through your oppenents legs.
This must be done with a reasonable amount
of control ie by dribbling the ball or making a controlled pass through your opponents legs.
Tackles that lead to the ball passing through your
opponents legs do not count
