I put the governor with the blue cap, which is not adjustable. But now my pressure goes up to about 135 which makes the air drier go off constantly. Is that related with one another?
I have some issues going on with my secondary air tank "leaking". Thing is when I'm driving 2nd air tank goes from 135psi to 124-125psi in 2-3 seconds than stay like that couples minutes than goes to 115 psi in 2-3 seconds than stays again and than goes 108 and compressor charges. So every 3-4 min air suddenly drops 10-15 psi in seconds and this happens all over again. Help pls????
Same problem tired of that things..when shut down secondary tank all go zero..and mechanic didn't find where leaking..then where secondary air leaking..you think def meter valve nead change cuz air go in def there only that thing left after there nothing left where the air go tired of that thing since bought 2013 cascadia secondary tank never stay on 120psi it go down come back go down we nead all time pressure be good for brake..and when shut down air go zero and I hear sounds near def meter valve mechanic say that normal then wats the hell is proble real tired of that bro..loks u have same problem let me mno wat was that how fix if fix or find solution for secondary air tank

no,if you buy a govener that is already adjusted,like this one,you just install it,just ask for the governer that is alredy adjusted,it will cost you about $52.00
Hey Vic mad I have a Cascadia 2010 and I have a problem when i started up they are bailed the air on 50 psi but after that it's a stock on 50 psi I don't know what kind of problem is it can you let me know what's wrong with it what should I have to change I have to change governor or what please let me know thank you
every time i do the air dryer,i replace the govener.unless the govener is leaking than i replace the govener,but i always by the govener with the blue cap,not the black cap,

My purge valve is leaking air and I’m losing air pressure now any idea why it’s leaking?? It’s brand new as well . Thank you
It’s your bad governor or your dryer assembly need to be replaced if you just got new purge valve

Hey Vic have you had a issue with the clutch fan ,,my fan will not shut off I replaced fan control solenoid that didn't fix it
Garrett Reynolds i believe the fan is controlled by the 1.a/c prsure switch or ac switch. 2. The ecm.
I was wondering if you knew why my airdryer keep purging after i replaced the governor? It wasn't doing that before.
Check your purge valve there is a kit for that

yes check the air govener,than check the load kit.i have a video on that load kit as well,good luck
