I found that natural peanut butter doesn’t separate in the refrigerator. It gets hard but you don’t have the oily mess. Maybe don’t buy such a big container. You'll use it up faster.
Merry Vlogmas, Jessica. Wonderful job with the peanut butter and making the cookies with it. Blessings to you and your family. I will see you next time.
Jessica. This has to be the funniest video you have ever made. You spent 8 minutes of a 14 minute video creaming peanut butter and cleaning up a peanut butter mess then you say you don't like peanut butter..........HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!! And now you need to use up 2 gallons of peanut butter of which you don't like......HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. What a trooper you are and so calm to boot. Bye for now.
Jessica , your videos brings me so much joy , I would like to wish you and your family a merry Xmas and thank you for your video you have been posting , your vlogmas vids are the best
Oh Jessica…bless your heart. You stuck with it and made lemonade out of lemons!!! Holy cow…I think I would have broke down and cried when the peanut butter flew out. But you pushed through..didn’t give up and are making one of the cookies that my family has made for years. Hope you enjoyed them. Just want you to know…you have inspired me this week to get something done everyday. Cleaned my kitchen today…pulled the things out, wiped walls and I now have a fresh looking kitchen. Thank you!!!
Jessica, nothing can ever go as planned. So impressed that you stuck to it and beat the peanut butter into submission. Mark your calendar so yo can open it and stir it. You are the best!
WOW such determination!!!!! I probably would have given up. Congratulations on keeping on until you got it into submission. I agree I don’t like anything with peanut butter in it Glad you could keep smiling thru all of that ❤
Idea to use up a lot of peanut butter try incredible peanut butter cookies, they freeze great had some in ziplock over a year and still great. I put a kiss on top after out of oven for some and let sit for 1 minute before removing to wax paper. Recipe is 1 cup peanut butter, 1 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla I do 4 times in mixer at a time. Put on parchment right from cookie scoop and push down a little instead of rolling in ball.
Lol. Murphy’s law! This was hysterical because it’s sooooo ME! I’m thinking peanut brittle, cookies, fudge, buckhorn candies. Use that stuff up! God bless u sweetheart.
Yes, do something every day. Most days, I don’t accomplish what I thought I would, some days I have no expectations so anything is a win, and a few days my greatest accomplishment is keeping myself fed and hydrated all day! lol But every day I am still breathing is a win!
Jessica you are officially THE UNDISPUTED WINNER of the battle against peanut butter 👏👏👏 you are now awarded the title of PRINCESS WARRIOR which I have to say was won with valour and bloody determination girl the video was hilarious 😂😂😂😂😂 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 Love from the UK x
Oh My, 😊 yes you have a mess, but look how great that mess turned out! Merry Christmas, Jessica and Family 🌲 God's Blessing's for safe and Beautiful Holiday Season! ❤️❄️☃️☕️
To help keep your phone screen from fading out so much when doing a recipe, you can set your screen timer longer in settings OR some recipes now have an option, usually right above the recipe, where there's a place to tap to keep recipe from fading away. That natural peanut butter is frustrating enough to mix with just a small jar. I applaud you for hanging in there with gallons!
I really love that you share the good and the bad, I am laughing so hard I am crying and my family, including the dog ran to check to see if I was ok, cause I was making so much noise 😂❤🤪 the biscuits shaped up well. Love from Coryn, Brisbane, Australia 🇦🇺
Ahhh I was clearly mid way in and thought this is not going to be a video if I don’t record! I gave myself a little pep talk! It’s truly ok to show what sort of wild things I do daily and keep off camera! The real me that spent 2 hours saving peanut butter instead of cleaning my fridge! lol
That’s why I store peanut paste in the fridge here in Queensland Australia as it separates and can go rotten before use by date. I store all spreads and jams in the fridge after opening.
I have been making peanut butter and chocolate nut fudge about 30 pound. Then I made buckeye balls, chocolate covered Ritz peanut butter filled cookies, and chocolate covered pretzels.
I dont like peanut butter either, but peanut blossom cookies I always make. Everyone loves them. We roll the balls in sugar then bake Glad the peanut butter came back to life, sorry about the mess.
I'm with you Jessica. I love peanut butter on toast & sandwiches but don't like it in baked cookies. If you keep the PB in the fridge it does help keep it mixed up. Maybe mix up a small amount at a time to keep for eating?
Holy moly! I have never purchased that much peanut butter, so glad it worked out. I was going to say if it hadn't you could have used it to feed the wild birds. I just fixed those cookies last weekend. I'm a peanut butter cookie fan but not peanut butter fudge. 🤔
I am very impressed with your perseverance. I would have been very tempted to let the dogs lick up all of the spilled peanut butter that they could reach in the hopes of having less greasy mess to clean up. 😆
Beautiful disaster delights for your family! So glad you can spend time with your Grandma and watch a Christmas movie! Making memories, a true blessing for you! Love it!❤❤❤❤
Yesterday I was thinking, I sure hope Jessica does a cookie video. So happy to wake up to this. Will you do a big baking day with Cody and vlog it please? ❤
Bahahaha Save the peanut butter!!!! lol. This made me laugh hysterically! This is soooo me! Hey sometimes we just have to laugh at ourselves. This makes me want to get started on my Christmas cookie adventures! Love watching your channel! Merry Christmas to you and your family!!🎄
Hello Jessica. I can’t believe you are still smiling after making that mess. I’d be having a big melt down. Good for you you saved the peanut butter👏👏. Great looking cookies. Thank you for sharing today Jessica. God bless you🎄🇺🇸💕
Hahaha! Fantastic job, gurl!!😂❤ that peanutbutter knows who's boss now, for sho!! 😊 the end result looks amazing 👏 I'm sure the family members who love them were very happy. Take good care, Jess. Hugs n love to G-mom. Enjoy your movie, ladies! 😊
Jessica, I'm so happy I found your channel!! I've been with you for almost a year. I'm 56 and live in Louisville Kentucky. I'm a mom to 2 girls, Haley 35 and Savannah 26. They're great women, I'm so proud of them. Haley is an RN, she has a full time and part time job. Full time is only 3 days a week 12 hr shifts. She gets bored so she got the part time. Savannah has already graduated college with a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry and a Bachelors of Science in Biology. But she is continuing to become a Physician Assistant. So she's working full time at UPS as a full time Supervisor, and she's also continuing classes and clinicals ( best way to describe it) for the Physician Assistant. So that's like 2 full time jobs. I lost my Dad in 2013 and lost Mom in 2020. I'm an only child, just like both my parents. That means I have no aunts, uncles, cousins, no brothers or sisters. My entire family is my 2 girls. With all they have going on, there's not alot of time I get to see them. Having no other family, it gets really lonely. I'm disabled and have other health issues as well. So it's not really safe for me to be around other people. I've smoked since 1985, so my lungs are shot. I keep up with my boosters but I'm still afraid. I've never had it, but I'm sure if I do ever get it, I'm a goner. So I'm alone, well I've got 2 kitties that help keep me company. But other than that I'm all alone most of the time. Seeing your family makes me feel like I've got another family I FaceTime with most days. I'm really dreading when you go back to regular schedule for videos. But I just wanted you to know how much you mean to people living like I have to live. It means the world to me. All the hard work you're putting in is helping you, but I hope you know it's helping many many more. Just wanted to thank you for all you're doing. Sending love from Louisville Kentucky 🥰 💙 ❤️ 😍
I sometimes wonder if I matter if I just quite would anyone notice. Stories like this remind me that I still have something to give. Thank you for sharing you inspired me to keep going
3:25 Do you have a food processor? I feel like a cutting blade might be what you need. Although warming up the peanut butter might also be helpful. Okay, heading back to see how it turns out. 😬
I had to do the exact same thing. I put it in jars in the garage fridge. It doesn’t separate in the fridge. Just have to take it out before your need it so it warms up.
You are a trooper! I think I would have given up when it was dripping off the Bosh ! Bet the house smells great lol 😂 it’s time for peanut butter fudge . Those cookies are definitely homemade! I never make the peanut butter blossoms,I just do the peanut butter cookies with the crisscross on top . Thank you for the video. 🎄☃️🎄
😂😂😂 Nope never had that happen. We also don't buy organic peanut butter in 5 lb buckets 😂. We go through peanut butter big time though. You have much more patience than I 😂
That was awesome the way you saved the peanut butter. If you want to make your own get peanuts, almonds, whatever and start grinding them and then add a minimal amount of oil (olive, avocado, etc.) and you have peanut, almond, etc. butter. If you want to drink almond, peanut, cashew milk just get the almonds, peanuts, etc. let them sit in water 24hrs then grind etc....watch a UA-cam and then you have leftover ground almonds, etc.... make it by drying it and then you can grind it down for almond, peanut, etc. flour.
Im wondering if the food processor might work for the peanut butter??? I don't know but it might be worth a shot. Maybe just mix some pour it out in a bowl and repeat until it's all done. Great video
I haven't had peanut butter cookies in 31 years because of a pregnancy induced peanut allergy. But i told my kids that they better bring me resses and peanut butter cookies if im ever put on hospice care. They told me no.
GOOD THURSDAY MORNING JESSICA OMG This was my day on Tuesday. I’m THANKFUL & now GRATEFUL that I only had a regular jar of Peanut Butter I had to save. Honey Sometimes our lives are just like Separated Peanut Butter. But With The LOVE OF JESUS & FAITH we can put ourselves back together. Funny how Things like this happen. I think You & I needed The Peanut Butter Crisis of 2024 (lol) for a stress diversion. So we 😢😢 let the stress out. For bit we could clear our minds of the daily clutter of Life & LAUGH. Once the mess was cleaned up. Get FYI I can still smell the PB on me & in my kitchen LOL!!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS & GOD BLESS from West Central Indiana Farmland
Hi Jessica and sweet family! That was a journey getting the peanut butter to come back together. You did it and still made homemade peanut butter kisses cookies. Just a tip, If I have to use a cookie scoop I always scoop them out on a cookie sheet then roll them into balls, that way the cookie scoop handle doesn’t get yucky and slippery. Have a blessed day everyone!
We all know you just wanted to have fun making a mess! Jk messy cooks are good cooks is what my mom always says. 😂 we all know sometimes things just happen. We love peanut butter cookies cept neither of my two sons like them.
Be careful of rancid oils. They are so bad. I keep my peanut butter in the fridge and wouldn't buy it in bulk unless you can go through it quick enough. I had to train my nose to detect rancid smells. Just my 2 cents Jessica.
OMGEEEEE…😂😂😂😂 I’ve done this. I do love peanut butter cookies though….but I now believe you are my spirit animal. ROFLOL! Guuuurrrrllll…I’d pay for those cookies 🍪 😂😂😂👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 SKIPPY MAM….SKIPPY! Some organic not worth it !!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 ❤️😂❤️ GREAT JOB THOUGH!!!
Jessica, I would like to know how many oz’s is a stick of butter? Because I keep seeing fantastic recipes on here and other American channels and all they say is 1stick of butter or 2 1/2 sticks of butter, but here in the UK our butter are like 8oz or 16oz blocks 😢.
Peanut butter pie 1- 8” graham cracker or chocolate pie shell Beat together: 8 oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1 cup peanut butter. Add 1 cup milk. Once combined fold in 16 oz container Cool Whip. Pour into pie shell and freeze for at least 4 hours. Remove from freezer 10-15 minutes before serving. You can top with chocolate drizzle, chopped nuts, chocolate chips or Cool Whip This recipe was famous here from a local restaurant. When they went out of business, one of the cooks shared the recipe with friends, who shared with friends and so on. I hope you get to try it and enjoy it. If there are leftovers you can refreeze or put in the fridge.
I see you had a real life moment Of when the peanut butter Everywhere I'm wondering next time you open a large peanut butter if you could put them either into canning jars say two cups worth in each jar with the date on the top and keep them in a cool dry place or put them in nice quality Ziploc to cup bags and a cool dry place and when you need one you could take it out before you open it and kind of massage it for a minute or two with your warm hands or do you have one of those machines that seals bags? I'm just thinking the bags versus canning jar because you couldn't massage and warm them up mixing the oil in the peanut butter in the future and keeping them definitely in a cool place but I could feel your struggle and I know peanut butter is so expensive these days it was definitely worth trying to save it
Those cookies don’t look like they’d be very appealing knowing old, peanut butter butter year, old Hershey’s kisses I like my stuff made with fresh products merry Christmas😮😅 he he he!😊
Talk about being cool, calm, and collected... that's you Jessica!!! Cookies look yummy 😋
Jessica you are amazing,I would have gave up..Good lesson on perseverance.
Girlfriend, I am 4000 miles away and that stressed me out. You have the patience of a saint!!! That is why we love you! ❤
Oh my stars at the peanut butter mess! I know it was probably aggravating to you. I’m grateful for so so many things.
You are so patient. The cookies look great. You are a blessing.
I found that natural peanut butter doesn’t separate in the refrigerator. It gets hard but you don’t have the oily mess. Maybe don’t buy such a big container. You'll use it up faster.

Wow congratulations on that win over the peanut butter! That was some battle!! 🥜💪🏆
I think you need to consider just a few jars of Peter Pan around the house. lol
Jessica, nothing can ever go as planned. So impressed that you stuck to it and beat the peanut butter into submission. Mark your calendar so yo can open it and stir it. You are the best!

I make the peanut butter cookies in a mini muffin tin and put miniature Reese’s in the center of them. One of my family’s favorites.
That was funny....sorry but who hasn't done something like that. Lol
Have you made a schedule on your calendar for stirring your peanut butter?
😂😂 Right something else to schedule lol

Yummy 😋
Cookies looks good my favorite cookie
This looks like my life always cleaning up a mess. Although, my dog would have been trying to help clean up the peanut butter. He's so helpful😅

So funny! Glad that you got your peanut butter all mixed in.

Good to know I’m on it going into the fridge! Hoping you are acing a fantastic holiday season on no snow
😂The things we do!
Oh ive had some cookie mishaps this Xmas rats had to throw some out lol this was a cute video you can make some buckeyes too
A joy to watch you in everyday life.🥰🇨🇦🥰
I’m so happy you were able to save all that expensive peanut butter. I think believe in Smell a vision… I swear I could smell that peanut butter.. lol
Who knew you could turn badly seperated peanut butter back into creamy. Great job.
I had doubts many doubt
❤Shalom Blessings to All from Mississauga Ontario Canada 🥰🇨🇦
You are a trooper! I think I would have given up when it was dripping off the Bosh ! Bet the house smells great lol 😂 it’s time for peanut butter fudge . Those cookies are definitely homemade! I never make the peanut butter blossoms,I just do the peanut butter cookies with the crisscross on top . Thank you for the video. 🎄☃️🎄
That was a lot of work, but you saved the peanut butter!! Awesome! I have never made those cookies, but I do like them. God bless you all!
😂😂😂 Nope never had that happen. We also don't buy organic peanut butter in 5 lb buckets 😂. We go through peanut butter big time though. You have much more patience than I 😂
Ditto kiddo.❤
I agee with you over peanut butter cookies. Love peanut butter anyother way just not as baked cookies.
That was awesome the way you saved the peanut butter. If you want to make your own get peanuts, almonds, whatever and start grinding them and then add a minimal amount of oil (olive, avocado, etc.) and you have peanut, almond, etc. butter. If you want to drink almond, peanut, cashew milk just get the almonds, peanuts, etc. let them sit in water 24hrs then grind etc....watch a UA-cam and then you have leftover ground almonds, etc.... make it by drying it and then you can grind it down for almond, peanut, etc. flour.
Hahaha I loved this. Way to go girl, you beat that clumpy peanut butter, hehehe 🇨🇦🌷
I'm sure your family will enjoy the cookies 🍪
I'd make a good batch of the no-bake peanut butter ones that you like as well.
Im wondering if the food processor might work for the peanut butter??? I don't know but it might be worth a shot. Maybe just mix some pour it out in a bowl and repeat until it's all done. Great video
Great day in your life just like so many of us. I loved it enjoy the cookies ❤❤❤
I look forward to your videos every day. Thank you for sharing your life with us.
Tiring for you but entertaining to me. Love your videos.
I haven't had peanut butter cookies in 31 years because of a pregnancy induced peanut allergy. But i told my kids that they better bring me resses and peanut butter cookies if im ever put on hospice care. They told me no.
I love any kind of peanut butter cookies. Good job saving the peanut butter. Happy Birthday!
Those are yummy God Bless
I keep meaning to tell you that I love your intro music for each vlogmas day.

Try putting the peanut butter in jars so you can go by them and shake if you see the separting. It was funny to watch but I felt bad for you.
Be careful of rancid oils. They are so bad. I keep my peanut butter in the fridge and wouldn't buy it in bulk unless you can go through it quick enough. I had to train my nose to detect rancid smells. Just my 2 cents Jessica.

Because I keep seeing fantastic recipes on here and other American channels and all they say is 1stick of butter or 2 1/2 sticks of butter, but here in the UK our butter are like 8oz or 16oz blocks 😢.
I’ll try and remember that!
if mixer doesn't work maybe blender?? as it faster speed
Gosh I would have cut my losses and buy more goodness lol
Jessica, I have a great no bake peanut butter pie recipe if you’d like to try it
Sure let’s see it
Peanut butter pie
1- 8” graham cracker or chocolate pie shell
Beat together:
8 oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1 cup peanut butter. Add 1 cup milk.
Once combined fold in 16 oz container Cool Whip. Pour into pie shell and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Remove from freezer 10-15 minutes before serving. You can top with chocolate drizzle, chopped nuts, chocolate chips or Cool Whip
This recipe was famous here from a local restaurant. When they went out of business, one of the cooks shared the recipe with friends, who shared with friends and so on. I hope you get to try it and enjoy it. If there are leftovers you can refreeze or put in the fridge.
And the moral of this story must be not to buy so much peanut butter again!
You’re supposed to roll the dough, balls and sugar before you bake them.
I'm just thinking the bags versus canning jar because you couldn't massage and warm them up mixing the oil in the peanut butter in the future and keeping them definitely in a cool place but I could feel your struggle and I know peanut butter is so expensive these days it was definitely worth trying to save it
Something different for sure! I don’t think I will do this again
😮
Those cookies don’t look like they’d be very appealing knowing old, peanut butter butter year, old Hershey’s kisses I like my stuff made with fresh products merry Christmas😮😅 he he he!😊
