Dinner looked so good, I wouldn’t have been able to finish it all either but, I definitely would’ve enjoyed trying 😂 sending you hugs 🤗 you all are truly blessed ❤
I grew up where we all.sat around table each day for dinner and l know life has changes different work hours etc but even though l have small lounge/kitchen have small table and chairs and always sat with my daughter reliving the day's chats etc and no mobile allowed. I know of younger families who stick to this routine too. 😊
Whee is you’re other daughter, is she older than the two that live with you?
Wouldn't it be nicer to have a table and chairs for you all to sit together and enjoy dinner and conversation of an evening?
I was thinking the same x
@@amy1062 Yes, It seems as though the family are 'ships passing in the night'. The kitchen looks too small for table and chairs and what is the living room, is taken up with the business things. Maybe even making space for a fold up table and chairs would let them sit together for a catch up .☺️
Her children are at that amazing age where sitting down to eat together would be considered a "forced "activity lol. Conversations may be less, but they are so meaningful when they happen no matter the context. My mom always laughs about how different we are since we grew up in a household that had dinner together and even her and even her and my dad would eat separately coming together occasionally.
@@phatcutie35 Given that they currently don't have the choice of sitting round a table for dinner, the opportunity to, might be welcome. Interestingly, they seem to eat their dinner at the same time, just not together.
@mariecoll6784 I'm not saying it not nice ,it's just not strange to me. I don't think even if there was a table that it would be happening . When you live with people you see and talk to them, it doesn't have to be around a table . I grew up like that, and it changed as we got older .My kids and I would eat in the living room until they got older, it happens.
