Such a great idea to make prawn oil. I have been throwing away prawn heads for so long. Now i ll add it to my veg too. TQ for all your useful tips in cooking
You can improve the way to make the prawn oil in a few way . To prevent the splattering oil when dumping the prawns head you can first dry frying the prawn head without oil on low heat until most of the water become steam then only pour the oil on it. Second use the soup pot or something deeper to make the oil. Tt will reduce the cleaning you need to do after it. Then , 2min is too short to get all the oil out. It need to be fry until the shell are crunchy. Time it take depend on the heat you put on. I prefer low to medium heat so i have more time to judge it is done or not.
@@SidOhzen Haha I meant it as a compliment! Indeed its been a bad year, hopefully things will go up from here on. I was referring to the video quality. I'm only able to view it at 360p. Would like something higher like 720/1080p. If it's an equipment restriction then I understand 👍🏻 Higher production values attracts more views, helping the channel grow. I don't usually watch videos that's below 1080p but I watch your videos because I know the recipes are good. I've tried your tempura and really loved it!

@gladyschia3122 You can also deep fry them and eat them. Best "chips" you'll ever have.
